Postnatal Pilates for "Mums & Babies"
At Time2Pilates, we offer "Mums & Babies" Pilates Classs designed for new moms with babies up to one year to enjoy some 'me time.'
Our classes prioritize postpartum recovery, rehabilitation, & gradual strengthening through the tailored Bernadette de Gasquet method. We are dedicated to enhancing your well-being while assisting in post-childbirth shape restoration. Typically, Pilates can be resumed around 6 weeks postpartum. But important : before booking, ensure you have obtained medical clearance from your doctor.
We specialise in flexibility – we get it, babies are unpredictable – so don’t be afraid to come along, bring your adorable baby and give it a go.

We offer several options, including pay-per-session with no commitment required, as well as packs of 10 or 15 sessions. You can come at your convenience by simply reserving your spot for each session.

Monthly Memberships
Our Memberships are available with a minimum commitment period of 6 months or with the 'flex' option, which allows you to cancel at any time.
A studio adapted to "Mums & Babies" Pilates Classes
Our Time2Pilates Studio is equipped with high-quality machines, including the 'Reformer,' 'Chair,' and 'Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Ped-o-Pull, to address specific needs and goals. We offer convenient parking spaces right outside the studio, and babies are welcome!
